Ibarra <br />de Gamez, husband and wife and Ernesto Jr. Gamez, a single man, Grantor, whether one or <br />more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Eikel Perez Cordero <br />and Rachel D.
