Johnson and Laura R. Johnson, husband and <br />wife, dated the 16th day of January 2024, and recorded in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 17th day of January 2024, as Instrument <br />#2024-00223, conveyed to Cameron E. Guenzel, Trustee, certain real estate legally <br />described as: <br />Lot Eleven (11), Trail View Estates Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />IN TRUST, to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein; and <br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, Johnson Flodman Guenzel <br />& Widger LLP, has requested the undersigned to execute the within Deed of <br />Reconveyance. <br />NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the request of the legal holder of the <br />indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee under said <br />Deed of Trust, hereby remises, releases, and quitclaims unto Owners, without <br />warranty, all the estate and interest derived to such Trustee under said Deed of Trust <br />in and to the property described therein. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the property described in said Deed of Trust <br />together with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of <br />Reconveyance at Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska, on then` day of May 2026. <br />
