Trustee: Galen E. Stehlik, Attorney At Law. Beneficiary: David J. Hill and Diane I. Hill, <br />Husband and Wife, as Joint Tenants. <br />David J. Hill died on January 28, 2025, and the Deed of Trust Note passed to Diane I. <br />Hill by virtue of joint tenancy ownership. Diane I. Hill died on May 20, 2025, and her estate is <br />currently being probated in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska as Case No. PR 25-123. <br />The Personal Representative of the Estate of Diane I. Hill has represented to the Trustee that the <br />obligation secured by the Deed of Trust has been paid in full. <br />The Beneficiary's request for reconveyance has been directed to the Trustee in writing. <br />IN CONSIDERATION OF THE WRITTEN REQUEST OF THE Beneficiary, the <br />Trustee hereby reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the right, title, interest and <br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of trust referred to above.
