Nebraska 68801 <br />PERMANENT EASEMENT <br />PROJECT: State Street Median Improvements #2026-P-1 TRACT: 13 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT CONESTOGA NORTH, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, <br />hereinafter known as the Grantor, whether one or more, for and in consideration of the sum of <br />ONE and NO/100 DOLLARS ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid does <br />hereby grant, and convey unto the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, and to its <br />successors and assigns the following described permanent easement for the purpose of ingress <br />and egress in connection with the inspection, operation, maintenance, replacement, and repair <br />of public sidewalk and utility improvements and appurtenances thereto situated in Hall County, <br />and State of Nebraska, to -wit; <br />A PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED IN PART OF PART UNIT ONE (1), AS SHOWN IN <br />COMMON AREA OF THE DECLARATION OF CONESTOGA NORTH BUSINESS CONDOMINIUMS <br />RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 202400135, FORMERLY KNOWN AS LOT 1, CONESTOGA <br />NORTH TWELFTH SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />CONTAINING 349 SQUARE FEET MORE OR LESS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY <br />DESCRIBED ON THE ATTACHED EASEMENT EXHIBIT. <br />The abandonment of said permanent easement for the purposes described herein shall render <br />this conveyance void and cause said permanent easement to revert to said Grantor and to his, <br />her or their heirs, successors and assigns. <br />Duly executed this 16 day of <br />to <br />, 20% 1. <br />
