Lintel a/k/a Jamie Elaine <br />Shockey, an unmarried woman, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar <br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Andrew D. Mayer and Brittany M.
