He is Trustee under the First Deed of Trust recorded as Instrument No. <br />201905375, which was recorded in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds. <br />2. That Cristina Terrazas, a single person, is the Trustor under the First Deed of <br />Trust. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Zachary Butz as Trustee under the <br />aforementioned Deed of Trust as security on a Note payable to Grand Island Area Habitat for <br />Humanity, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation. <br />4. The legal description of the said real property is as follows, to -wit: <br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block Thirty -Six (36), in Lambert's Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />5. A breach of an obligation secured by the Trust property has occurred and the <br />Beneficiary and Trustee have elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the <br />obligation, to -wit: failure to pay the total installments on the Note. <br />6. After the lapse of not less than one month, if the default has not been cured, the <br />Trustee is entitled to give Notice of Sale according to law. <br />7.
