The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Becky J. Killian, a single
<br />person, and Earl W. Johnson, a single person, as Trustors, to Duane A. Burns, as Trustee, for o
<br />the benefit of David W. Empfield as Beneficiary, dated June 27, 2001, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 0200106456, has
<br />been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance. be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and
<br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />A part of Block 4, Brown's Addition to Alda, Hall County, Nebraska, described
<br />as beginning at a point on the South line of said Block 4, a distance of 50 feet
<br />West of the Southeast corner of said Block 4; thence Northerly and parallel to
<br />the East line of said Block 4, a distance of 150 feet; thence Westerly and
<br />parallel to the Southerly line of said Block 4, a distance of 100 feet; thence
<br />Southerly and parallel to the Easterly line of said Block 4, a distance of 150
<br />feet; thence Easterly along and upon the South line of said Block 4, a distance
<br />of 100 feet to the point of beginning, known as 304 West Pine, Alda, Nebraska.
