Semm f/k/a Tammy T. <br />Bangs and Tory M. Semm, wife and husband, Grantors, whether one or more, in consideration <br />of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does <br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Taylor A. Willis and Ashley R.
