v <br />n <br />rn <br />in <br />rn <br />ry Z n = <br />c-n v: <br />o _, <br />O <br />M y N` <br />rr; <br />7C = <br />oN <br />CL <br />~ <br />p <br />O <br />O <br /><< <br />rV <br />N <br />CO CD <br />W <br />Cn <br />N <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />"' <br />,.� <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 9 64 day of February, 2004 by <br />and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and c __ <br />Johnson & Johnson, Inc. <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Twelve (12), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6'h p. M., more particularly described <br />as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Northwest Quarter, said point being <br />Two hundred forty Five (245.0) feet North of the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; <br />thence running Northerly along the west line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of one <br />Hundred Forty Five (145) feet; thence running Easterly and parallel to the south line of said <br />Northwest Quarter, a distance of Three Hundred (300) feet; thence Southerly and parallel to <br />the West line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of One Hundred Forty Five (145) feet; <br />thence running Westerly and parallel to the south line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of <br />Three Hundred (300) feet to the point of beginning, in Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated August 30, 2002, and filed for record on August 30, 2002, <br />in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />as Document Number 0200209127 and was extended on August 14, 2003 and filed for record on <br />August 21, 2003 as Instrument No. 0200311041. <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust /Mortgage had a stated maturity date of May 1, 2003 which <br />was extened to December 1, 2003. <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust /Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby extended to March 1, 20199 <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described <br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining <br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the <br />date first noted above. <br />
