<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated November 1, 2006,
<br />executed by Hayes, Hayes, & Soto Investments, L.L.C.; Trustor(s), in which FIRST STATE BANK, Shelton, Nebraska,
<br />(now Cornerstone Bank, Successor in interest to First State Bank, Shelton, Nebraska), is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, and recorded November 6, 2006 in Instrument Number 0200609955, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting
<br />that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured
<br />thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled therein, all the estate and
<br />interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The West Twenty -Five (25) feet of Lot Fourteen (14), and all of lots Sixteen (16), Eighteen (18), Twenty (20), Twenty -
<br />Two (22), Twenty -Four (24), Twenty -Six (26), and Twenty -Eight (28), of Foster's Subdivision of Lots Eleven (11) and
<br />Twelve (12) of Wood Lawn Subdivision of Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE1/4NE1/4) of
<br />Section Twenty -Four (24), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 14008,14118, and 14138 W Avenue A, Wood River, NE 68883.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to be
<br />executed by Aaron Purvis, Senior Vice President/Chief Credit Officer and has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto
