<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by David H. Fisher, Trustee of the

<br />to City National Bank and Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, a National Banking Corporation,
<br />P.O. Box 349, Hastings, Nebraska 68902 -0349, as Trustee, for the benefit of City National Bank and
<br />Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, a National Banking Corporation, P.O. Box 349, Hastings,
<br />Nebraska 68902 -0349, as Beneficiary, dated September 12, 1996 and recorded in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96- 107197, has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement above.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE /4) of Section Twenty -three (23), Township Nine (9),
<br />North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
