a <br />6. Borrower's Copy. Borrower shall be given one conformed copy of the Note and of this <br />Security Instrument. <br />NON -UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows: <br />7. Acceleration; Remedies.
