<br />CONSENT, CONFIRMATION AND RATIFICATION of the Platting and Subdividing and Dedication of H & H
<br />Subdivision, IN THE VILLAGE OF DONIPHAN, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, being a tract of land consisting
<br />of a previously unplotted parcel of ground lying along the west side of Lot 3 Scudder's Addition to Doniphan, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska and better described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot Three (3) in Scudder's Addition to Doniphan, Nebraska; running thence
<br />North along the West line of the aforesaid Lot Three (3) One hundred forty-two (142.0) feet; thence West at right
<br />angle One hundred forty-one (141.0) feet; thence South at right angles and parallel with the West line of Lot Three
<br />(3) One hundred forty-two (142.0) feet; thence East at right angles One hundred forty-one (141.0) feet to the place
<br />of beginning, and also described as: Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1/4SE'/4) of Section
<br />Five (5), Range Nine (9), Township Nine (9) North, West of the 6th P.M., described as follows: Commencing at a
<br />point Forty (40) feet East of the Southeast corner of Lot Twelve (12), in Fry's Addition to the Village of Doniphan,
<br />running thence East One hundred forty-one (141.0); thence running North One hundred forty-two (142.0) feet in
<br />Block One (1), Feet (141); West One hundred forty-one (141.0); thence running South One hundred forty-two
<br />(142.0) feet to the place of beginning. Place of beginning in the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />containing an area of 0.458 acres, more or less (the "Property").
<br />NOW COMES HH Enterprises Partnership, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, by and through its members
<br />Lee Hadenfeldt and Monty Hadenfeldt, who has heretofore caused the Property, to be surveyed, subdivided, platted
<br />and dedicated as "H & H Subdivision", and do hereby freely and voluntarily consent to, confirm and ratify in all
<br />respects to the platting and dedicating of said Subdivision, as executed by Monty J. Hadenfeldt in his individual
<br />capacity, consenting to the dedication of streets and easements as shown on said plat, and by these presents does
<br />hereby join in the platting and subdividing of "H & H Subdivision", in the Village of Doniphan, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, the Plat of which has heretofore been recorded as Document No. 202505246 of the Records in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
