Walsh, Attorney for the Trustee, Equitable Bank, under a <br />certain Deed of Trust dated September 14, 2007, wherein George H. Wassinger, Senior and Carla <br />C. Moellenberndt, both single persons, are the Trustors, which was filed of record in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on September 14, 2007, as Instrument No. <br />200707977; and contains as trust property the following -described real property together with all <br />the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and <br />fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, and all replacements thereof and additions thereto <br />(the "Real Property"); <br />Lot Seven (7), Block Eleven (11) Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 1518 W. North Front Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to make <br />the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Adjustable Rate Note secured by said <br />Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be sold <br />the above Real Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Adjustable Rate Note dated <br />September 14, 2007, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, Equitable Bank, pursuant to the terms <br />of the Deed of Trust referred to above, which secures this obligation. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />) ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />By: <br />evin P.
