NOTICE OF SUIT <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the day of February, 2004, LaSalle Bank National <br />Association as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities, Inc., Series 2001 -3, <br />as plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Bonifacio Jacobo <br />Lopez, Francisca Alcantar, Jerry J.
