Mehring <br />and Donald D. Mehring, Wife and Husband; Donald D. Mehring, Trustee of the Nancy A. <br />Erwin Trust; Donald D. Mehring, Trustee of John M. Mehring Trust; Donald D. Mehring, <br />Trustee of the Elizabeth A. Erwin Trust; Donald D. Mehring, Trustee of the Christian S. <br />Mehring Trust; all hereinafter collectively referred to as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is <br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #96- 107823, on the <br />3rd day of October, 1996, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />A tract of land located within Lot One (1), Conestoga North Eleventh Subdivision in the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as more particularly described on attached <br />Exhibit "A ". <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such <br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed <br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee; does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person <br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 5th day of February 2004. <br />FIVE POINTS BAKM TRUSTEE <br />By: Tim A.
