<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS
<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this 24th day of April, 2026, by Kristin Krueger, Attorney
<br />at Law, Successor Trustee ("Trustee"), and is in reference to that Deed of Trust, executed by
<br />Mark Allen Vess and Cynthia Kay Vess, husband and wife, as Trustor (collectively, "Trustor"),
<br />to Five Points Bank, as Beneficiary, dated May 2, 2018, and recorded May 29, 2018, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 201803338 (the
<br />"Deed of Trust"). On May 29, 2020, an "Assignment of Deeds of Trust" was recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 202003515 (the
<br />"Assignment") regarding, among other instruments, the Deed of Trust. As set forth in the
<br />Assignment, all of Five Points Bank's rights, title, and interest in and to the Deed of Trust was
<br />transferred to Boom Ventures, LLC ("Beneficiary").
<br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary
<br />the payment of valuable consideration, did execute the Deed of Trust, conveying to Trustee,
<br />their successors and assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -
<br />wit:
<br />Lot Eight (8) and the Westerly Thirty-five (W 35') Feet of Lot
<br />Nine (9), Block Two (2), Clarkson's First Addition to Alda,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />WHEREAS, in consideration for payment of a portion of the indebtedness secured by
<br />that Deed, the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered.
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey, and quitclaim without
<br />warranty unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which they
<br />had acquired in and through the above -described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances
<br />and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining.
<br />This Deed of Reconveyance shall not constitute payment in full of all sums due and
<br />owing upon the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust nor shall this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be construed as a release of any such indebtedness or security interest in any other property
<br />securing such indebtedness or security interest in any other property securing such
<br />indebtedness.
