<br />The undersigned, AREND R. BAACK, Successor Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br />dated December 29, 2000, wherein B & B PROPERTIES, INC., was the Trustor, which was
<br />filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on January 12,
<br />2001, as Instrument No. 200100363, and contains as trust property, the following- described real
<br />estate: C%
<br />All that part of Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Block Three (3), in Lakeview, an addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at a point Fifty -Six (56) feet South of the Northwest Corner of Lot Four (4)
<br />in said Block; running thence East parallel with the North boundary line of said Lots, a
<br />distance of Seventy (70) feet; thence South, parallel with the West boundary line of said
<br />Lot Four (4), a distance of Forty -Two (42) feet; thence West, a distance of Seventy (70)
<br />feet; and thence North a distance of Forty -Two (42) feet to the place of beginning,
<br />together with the improvements now and hereafter erected on the property and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property together with all replacements
<br />and additions, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that the said Trustor, B & B PROPERTIES, INC.,
<br />has failed to make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by
<br />that Deed of Trust and has also failed to maintain insurance and pay real estate taxes as required
<br />by said Deed of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated December 29, 2000,
<br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures this
<br />obligation.
