2026 2602 <br />Notice to one Trustor will be deemed to be notice to all Trustors. <br />Each party will promptly inform Lender of any change in name, address, or other contact information. <br />The delivery method for notices may be changed at the discretion of Lender, if Lender provides notice <br />to all impacted parties through the current delivery method prior to the change. <br />26. Request for Notices. Trustor and Beneficiary hereby request a copy of any notice of default, <br />and a copy of any notice of sale, be mailed to each party at the address for such party set forth in this <br />Security Instrument. <br />27. Waivers. Except to the extent prohibited by law, Trustor waives all appraisement and homestead <br />exemption rights relating to the Property. <br />28. Other Terms. If checked, the following are applicable to this Security Instrument: <br />❑ Construction Loan. This Security Instrument secures an obligation incurred for the <br />construction of an improvement on the Property. <br />❑ Fixture Filing. Trustor grants to Beneficiary a security interest in all goods that Trustor owns <br />now or in the future and that are or will become fixtures related to the Property. This Security <br />Instrument suffices as a financing statement and any carbon, photographic or other reproduction <br />may be filed of record for purposes of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. <br />❑ Riders.
