<br /> The Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW1/4
<br /> NW1/4) and the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br /> Northwest Quarter (W1/2 SE1/4 NW1/4) , all in Section
<br /> Three (3) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11)
<br /> West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> all of said Deeds of Trust in favor of Five Points Bank, a Nebraska
<br /> Corporation, Trustee and Beneficiary under said Deeds of Trust .
<br /> Said default under the terms of said Deeds of Trust has
<br /> occurred by virtue of nonpayment of the payments as they became due
<br /> and payable under a Promissory Note dated June 29, 1998, and
<br /> designated as Loan No. 760595, with a total current amount due and
<br /> owing on May 10, 1999, of Sixty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred
<br /> Ninety-Three Dollars and Seventeen Cents ($67, 793 . 17) , unpaid
<br /> interest of One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Seven Dollars and
<br /> Seventy-One Cents ($1, 327 . 71) , and per diem interest of Seventeen
<br /> Dollars and Sixty-Four Cents ($17 . 64) from and after May 10, 1999;
<br /> and by virtue of nonpayment of the payments as they became due and
<br /> payable under a Promissory Note dated June 29, 1998, and designated
<br /> as Loan No. 760593 , with a total current amount due and owing as of
<br /> May 10, 1999, of One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($110, 000 . 00) ,
<br /> together with unpaid interest of Six Thousand Two Hundred Eighteen
<br /> Dollars and Forty-Eight Cents ($6, 218 .48) , and per diem interest of
<br /> (Twenty-Eight Dollars and Sixty-Three Cents ($28 . 63) from and after
<br /> May 10, 1999 . In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to Trustee,
<br /> Five Points Bank, for all fees and costs associated with this
<br /> default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska Statute § 76-1012 .
<br /> By virtue of said default, Trustee, Five Points Bank, has
<br /> determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to
<br /> satisfy the obligations referred to above.
<br /> The default may be cured within two (2) months of the filing
<br /> of this Notice, and the obligations of the Deeds of Trust may be
<br /> thereby reinstated as provided in Nebraska Statute § 76-1012 .
