<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation by and through
<br />Craig E. Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, as trustee under the trust
<br />deed dated May 29, 2014 and May 25, 2016 executed by LISA M BURR, A SINGLE PERSON, as trustor, in which
<br />MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 201403394 and No. 201603478 in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, State
<br />of Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, the beneficiary thereunder, a
<br />written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed
<br />and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said corporation by
<br />and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, namely: LISA M BURR. A SINGLE PERSON the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />LOT 1, AND THE EAST 39 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 17, ORIGINAL TOWN OF WOOD RIVER,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at Hastings, Nebraska on April 21, 2026.
