<br /> OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST

<br /> WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall �
<br /> County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated July 11, 1994, executed by Rudolf F. Plate, a married
<br /> person and Jeannice R. Plate, his wife and Tim C. Plate, a single person, as Trustors, in which Five Points
<br /> Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded
<br /> as Document #94-106246 on the 22'd day of July, 1994, at the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br /> undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br /> thereto,the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br /> The N10.9' Lot Nine (9) and all of Lot Eight (8), Block Three (3), Southern Acres Addition to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> AND
<br /> The N18.1' of Lot Ten (10) and the S66.9' of Lot Nine (9), Block three (3), Southern Acres Addition to the
<br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> AND
<br /> The N17.8' of Lot Eleven (11) and S59.7' of Lot Ten (10), Block Three (3), Southern Acres Addition to the
<br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated July 11, 1994, recorded as
<br /> Document#94-106246 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br /> effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska,this 13"'day of May, 1999.
