<br />JODIE L. CASEY, ATTORNEY -IN -FACT FOR JOHN H. SCHULTZ and
<br />EVELYN D. SCHULTZ, husband and wife, GRANTORS, in consideration of the sum of
<br />Forty -two Thousand and 00 /100 Dollars ($42,000.00) received from GRANTEES,
<br />AMIE R. EHLERS, a married person and DEE HINKLE, a married person, conveys to
<br />GRANTEES, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat., § 76-
<br />201):
<br />The East Half (E '/2) of the Southerly Twelve (12) Feet of Lot Three (3), the East
<br />Half (E 1 /2) of Lots Four (4) and Five (5), and the Westerly Half (W '/2 ) of the
<br />Vacated Alley lying east of and adjacent thereto, all in Block H, MacColl and
<br />Leflang's Second Addition to the City of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE
<br />that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances
<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of
<br />all persons.
