That a portion of existing right-of-way, from Cleburn Street to Elm <br />Street, between 1st Street and Division Street, more particularly described as follows: <br />THE RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM CLEBURN STREET TO ELM STREET, BETWEEN 1ST STREET AND <br />DIVISION STREET BEING A PART OF BLOCK EIGHTY-FIVE (85), GRAND ISLAND ORIGINAL <br />TOWN, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />is hereby vacated. Such right-of-way to be vacated is shown and more particularly described on <br />Exhibit A attached hereto. However, said vacation is subject to the retention of a public utility <br />easement on and upon the described property. <br />SECTION 2. The property vacated by Section 1 shall revert equally to the north <br />and south adjacent property. <br />SECTION 3. This ordinance is directed to be filed in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />
