202602260 <br />(B) "Lender" is Rocket Mortgage, LLC <br />Lender is a LIM ITED LIABILITY COMPANY organized and existing under the laws of <br />THE STATE OF MICHIGAN . Lender's address is 1050 Woodward Avenue, Detroit, <br />Michigan 48226-1906 <br />The term "Lender" includes any successors and assigns of Lender. <br />(C) "Trustee" is First American Title Insurance Company <br />Trustee's address is 1 First American Way, Santa Ana, California 92707 <br />The term "Trustee" includes any substitute/successor Trustee. <br />(D) "HERS" is Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
