<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by TOMAS
<br />HUMBERTO LAZALDE MIRANDA and MARIA G. GARCIA, husband and wife, to
<br />BRANDON S. CONNICK, Attorney at Law and member of the Nebraska State Bar Association,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of SOUTHEAST CROSSINGS, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability
<br />company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 31, 2019, and recorded on July 31, 2019 as
<br />Instrument No. 201904493 in -the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds has been paid, and
<br />the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment, in accordance with the request
<br />of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following -described premises, but
<br />only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Six (6), in Block Eight (8), in Sheridan Place, an Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
