Wolf, Trustee; Platte Valley Bank, Beneficiary; and William B. <br />Westering and Jayne M. Westering, husband and wife, Trustor. <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration, <br />did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on May 2, 2001, recorded <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds for the County of Hall, and <br />identified as Document No. 0200104009, conveyed to Trustee, his <br />successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in <br />said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Northeast Quarter (NE1 /,) of Section Thirty -one (31) and all of <br />Section Thirty (30), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven <br />(11), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey <br />and quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim <br />and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the <br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />JOHN A.
