This Covenant specifically excludes from the foregoing <br />prohibitions the Public Sanitary Sewer Connections Agreements <br />recorded on August 5, 2016 as Instrument Numbers 201605062 <br />and 201605063. <br />2. This Covenant shall run with the land and shall be binding on all persons <br />and all parties claiming ownership of Zillers' Property, the J&B Property, their <br />successors, heirs, devisees, personal representatives and assigns. <br />3. Any amendment or termination of this Covenant shall require the written <br />consent by the owners of the Zillers' Property, the J&B Property and by William P.
