Weinrich, and their successors or assigns, collectively "Grantor", for and in consideration of the amount set forth in this easement, does hereby grant unto Southern Public Power District and its successors or assigns, collectively "Grantee"; a utility easement upon the lands of the Grantor, situated in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERE TO AND BY THIS REFERENCE MADE A PART HEREOF Grantor hereby grants the right to construct, operate, repair, maintain, relocate, and replace electric utility line facilities, together with the necessary appurtenances, in, over, and upon the above -described easement, along with rights of ingress and egress. The Grantor shall maintain all other rights of possession, including rights of ingress and egress over the easement properties described above. The Grantor shall not construct any buildings, structures, signs, or light poles, or plant any trees or shrubbery, over or on said easement area without the prior express written consent of the Grantee. Compensation for this easement shall be in the amount of $1.00, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. The undersigned covenants that he is the owner of the above -described lands and that the said lands are free and clear of encumbrances and liens of whatsoever character except covenants, conditions, easements, and restrictions of record. It is further understood that, whenever necessary, words used in this instrument in the singular shall be construed to read in the plural and that words used in the masculine gender shall be construed to read in the feminine.
