202601876 <br />of the County Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />(SE1/4SW1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11), Range Nine (9), <br />West of the 6th P.M.; thence turning at right angles and running in a <br />Southeasterly direction and parallel with the Westerly line of said Twenty-one <br />(21) a distance of one hundred thirty-two (132) feet to the Northerly line of <br />Division Street; and thence at right angles Northeasterly along said Northerly <br />line of Division Street, a distance of sixty-one (61) feet, more or less, to the real <br />place of beginning and being all of Lot Seven (7), Block Twenty-one (21), <br />Palmer' s Subdivision above described and a part of Lot Eight (8) of the <br />County Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of <br />(SE1/4SW1/4) Section Sixteen (16), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P. M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, <br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to <br />grantee's heirs and assigns forever. <br />And the grantor does hereby covenant with the grantee and with grantee's heirs and <br />assigns that grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from <br />encumbrance except covenants, easements and restrictions of record; all <br />regular taxes and special assessments, except those levied or assessed <br />subsequent to date hereof; that grantor has good right and lawful authority to <br />convey the same; and that grantor warrants and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />
