Wheeler Ave <br />Grand Island NE 68801 <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />The undersigned, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, TRUSTEE under the following certain Deed of Trust dated September 3, 2021, <br />wherein Brandon M. New and Amy L. New, Husband and Wife, are the Trustors, which was <br />filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on September 13, <br />2021, as Instrument No. 202107769, and contains as trust property the following -described real <br />estate: <br />Lot Four (4), Block One (1), Northview Eight Subdivision, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />which is commonly known as 3028 Lee Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803; <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements <br />and additions; all of which was referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property"; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that said Trustor has failed to make <br />the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Promissory Note secured by that <br />Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated September 3, 2021, <br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to <br />above, which secures this obligation. <br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND AND, <br />Trustee <br />By: <br />resident/CEO <br />
