Wheeler Avenue <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust <br />executed by ADRIAN MENDOZA and NICOLASA MENDOZA, husband and wife, to <br />CATHLEEN H. ALLEN, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of EFREN MENDOZA and <br />ROSA ERIVES, husband and wife, the Beneficiary named therein, on April 15, 2010 and <br />recorded on April 27, 2010 as Instrument No. 0201002812, in the Office of the Hall County <br />Register of Deeds, the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, <br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the <br />person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through <br />said Trust Deed in the following -described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />Lot One Hundred Eighty -Four (184) and the South Four (4) Feet of Lot One <br />Hundred Eighty -Three (183), in West Lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all improvements, fixtures and appurtenances located thereon or in any way <br />pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, including <br />all such personal property that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture. <br />Dated this /7day of March, 2026. <br />Cathleen H.
