Borrower requests that copies of any notice of Default and/or <br />notice of sale be sent to each party to this Security Instrument at the 'Notice Address as defined in <br />Section 11(c). <br />24. Termination of Certain Restrictions on First Lien VIIA-Insured Deed of Trust. <br />In the event of foreclosure or deed in lieu of foreclosure of a prior deed of trust or assignment of <br />the first deed of trust securing the first lien note to the Secretary of Ilousing and Urban <br />Development, any provisions herein or any provisions in any other collateral agreement restricting <br />the use of the Property or otherwise restricting the Borrower's ability to sell the Property will have <br />no further force or effect.
