Water Main District No. 447T in the City of Grand Island, <br />:Nebraska, is hereby created for the laying of six (6.0) inch diameter water mains with its <br />appurtenances in Sharma Street between Independence Avenue and Mansfield Road in the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 2.
