That an existing access easement in Northwest Gateway Second <br />Subdivision, as recorded via Document No. 202300112, filed January 9, 2023 at the Hall County <br />Register of Deeds, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />THE WEST THIRTY (30) FEET OF LOTS TWO (2) AND THREE (3), <br />NORTHWEST GATEWAY SECOND SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />is hereby vacated. Such portion of easement to be vacated is shown and more particularly <br />described on Easement Vacate Exhibit 1 attached hereto. <br />SECTION 2. The title to the property vacated by Section 1 of this ordinance shall <br />revert to the owner or owners of the real estate upon which the easement is located. <br />
