KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, the mortgagee under a certain Real Estate
<br />Mortgage executed by John S. Schulte and Dianne L. Schulte, husband and wife, as mortgagors,
<br />of a mortgage with a current principal balance of $24,367.67, and an original principal sum of
<br />$10,010.50 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 96- 101785 on March 6, 1996, an Extension Agreement for Mortgage recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No.97- 104683 on June
<br />16, 1997, and a Modification of Mortgage recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Document No.99- 109627 on September 30, 1999, do hereby agree to, and
<br />by this instrument do, subordinate their lien only to a certain Deed of Trust in an amount not to
<br />exceed $82,500.00 executed by by John S. Schulte and Dianne L. Schulte, husband and wife as
<br />trustors to Central National Bank, as trustee and Five Points Bank, as beneficiary dated
<br />November 20, 2001 and filed Aue.mber ol%, , 2001 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds as Document No. 30b►- Id699 all of which documents cover the following
<br />described Real Estate:
<br />Lot One (1), Western Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
