A Deed of Distribution by Personal Representative was filed in the records of the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds on January 31, 2025 as Instrument No. 202500526. <br />3. This Deed was filed in error and should be considered a nullity because the real estate <br />described in the Deed of Distribution was not owned by the Estate of Jerry A. <br />Anderson. The real estate was owned by S.I.
