<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, ��
<br /> under the certain three Deeds of Trust dated May 28, 1996, April 9, 1993, and March 11, 1992, °�,
<br /> executed by Charles E. Leach and Dianna J. Leach, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five
<br /> Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which were recorded in the
<br /> office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Documents 96-104293 on the 3'� day
<br /> of June, 1996, 93-102752 on the 12�' day of April, 1993, and 92-102314 on the 24th day of March,
<br /> 1992 and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br /> Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deeds of
<br /> Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br /> Lot Five (5) in Block Two (2), Evans Addition to the City of Grand Island, and Complement Lot
<br /> Four (4) in Block Seven (7) in Lamberts Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br /> paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
<br /> Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br /> persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
