Wheeler Avenue <br />Grand Island NE 68801 <br />CERTIFICATE OF TERMINATION <br />OF <br />DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, AND <br />DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR COPPER CREEK ESTATES FINAL PHASES <br />bu-? <br />WHEREAS, that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Design <br />Guidelines for Copper Creek Estates Final Phases dated November 13, 2018, filed of record in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on November 14, 2018 as Instrument <br />No. 201807442 (the "Covenants"), was recorded against the following described real estate, to - <br />wit: <br />Lots One (1) through Nine (9), in Copper Creek Estates Tenth Subdivision, an <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />Lot One (1) through Eight (8), in Copper Creek Estates Eleventh Subdivision, an <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />Lot One (1) through Eight (8), in Copper Creek Estates Twelfth Subdivision, an <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />Lots One (1) through Thirteen (13), in Copper Creek Estates Thirteenth <br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 12.2 of the Covenants, the Covenants may be terminated <br />on the affirmative vote or written consent of at least Ninety Percent (90%) of the total votes in <br />Copper Creek Estates Final Phases Community Association, Inc. (the "Association"); and <br />WHEREAS, Members holding more than Ninety Percent (90%) of the total votes in the <br />Association have been cast in support of terminating the Covenants in accordance with Section <br />12.2 of the Covenants. <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />1. Pursuant to Section 12.2 of the Covenants, upon the recording of this Certificate of <br />Termination, the Covenants shall have no further force or effect. <br />2. Further, upon the recording of this Certificate of Termination the Association shall <br />be dissolved and wound up in accordance with its Articles of Incorporation, By -Laws, and the <br />Nebraska Nonprofit Corporation Act. <br />1 <br />
