RATHMAN, <br />GRANTEE, all of Grantors' interest in the following described real estate situated in Hall <br />County, Nebraska (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-201): <br />30.33% of Grantors' interest in the East Half of the Southeast Quarter <br />(E'/2SE'/4) of Section Eighteen (18), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except a tract more <br />particularly described in Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded as Document <br />No. 95-107742 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds; <br />30.33% of Grantors' interest in the Northwest Quarter (NW'/4) of Section <br />Twenty (20), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th <br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract of ground more <br />particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 140 at Page 486 in <br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />30.33% of Grantors' interest in the Northwest Quarter (NW'/4) of Section Four <br />(4), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, except Lot One (1) in R.R.R. Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record. <br />GRANTORS have determined that the GRANTEE is entitled to distribution of the real <br />estate from said Trust and GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEE that GRANTORS have legal <br />power and lawful authority to convey and release the same. <br />Executed February 7 , 2026. <br />L <br />R. ert R.
