<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by and among
<br />Kershner Properties, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company ("Trustor"), whose mailing address
<br />is 4111 4th Avenue, Suite 36, Kearney, NE 68845, and Alan D. Slattery, Attorney -at -Law ("Trustee"),
<br />whose mailing. address is 1128 Lincoln Mall, Suite 300, Lincoln, NE 68508, and Growth Management
<br />Corporation -Nebraska ("Beneficiary"), whose mailing address is 4200 South 14th Street, Lincoln, NE
<br />68502, dated June 28, 2006, and recorded on August 14, 2006 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2006-07227, has been paid or satisfied, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment or satisfaction and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all of the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following -described premises,
<br />but only as to such premises:
<br />The North Eleven (11) feet of Lot Twenty -Three (23) and the South Forty -Nine
<br />(49) feet of Lot Twenty -Two (22) and the North Sixty (60) feet of Lot Twenty -
<br />Two (22) of Holcomb's Highway Homes Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract of land more particularly
<br />described in Deed recorded in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No.
<br />200010623
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to
<br />such premises.
