Legacy ("Lessee") is the owner of a billboard structure (the `Billboard") located <br />on land owned by Bosselman, Inc., (the "Owner") described as follows: <br />Lot One (1), Bosselman Subdivision, and Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska EXCEPT A certain tract to The City of Grand Island, Nebraska more particularly <br />described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 200607740. <br />See attached. <br />b. On November 17, 2025, Legacy Outdoor Advertising, LLC entered into a lease <br />(the "Lease") with Bosselman, Inc. for the construction and maintenance of the Billboard. <br />Notice: <br />1. The term of the Lease is ten years, beginning on December 1, 2025 (the "Effective <br />Date"), and ending on November 30, 2035. The lease shall then automatically renew for three <br />consecutive 5-year terms unless written notice is given to LESSOR by LESSEE at least 90 days <br />prior to the expiration of then -current term. It shall then continue on a year-to-year basis unless <br />either party shall give written notice of non -renewal at least 90 days prior to the expiration of <br />then -current term. <br />2. The Lessee is currently in possession of the Leased Premises. <br />3. The amount of the rent and other terms of the Lease are as provided for in the Lease. <br />
