<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and described as:
<br />Lot Three (3), Pedcor Subdivision, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Construction Lien was filed as Instrument No.
<br />0200304566 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />3. That the said Construction Lien is hereby released
<br />and discharged in full.
