Reisdorph, a protected person and a married person, Grantor, whether one or <br />more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Douglas W. Sass and <br />Teri L.
