Bono, an unmarried woman <br />and Frances E. Bono, an unmarried woman, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration <br />of One Dailar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does <br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Rachel E. :Potvin and Vincent C.
