I am an authorized process server in the State of Nebraska and meet the <br />requirements pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 25-507. <br />2. iwas hired by Choirboy Enterprises, LLC to serve a Notice for Application of Tax <br />"deed on Ann M. Graham ("Ms. Graham") relating to real estate described as <br />205 E Seedling Mile Road, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68801 (the "Property"). A <br />copy of the Notice for Application of Tax Deed is attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />3. On July 22, 2025, I went to the Property to serve Exhibit A on Ms. Graham. <br />4. On July 22, 2025, I made contact with Ms. Graham across the street from the <br />Property, and I was informed by Ms. Graham that she was the only person in <br />actual possession or occupancy of the Property and there were no tenants. <br />5.
