County of Hall ) I, StanleyLahm, being fast duly sworn upon oath deposes and states as follows: 1. 1 am an authorized process server in the State of Nebraska and meet the requirements pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §"25-507.. 2. I was hired by Choirboy Enterprises, LLC to serve a Notice for Application of Tax Deed on David L. Carr and Jacqueline M. Carr (collectively the "Garrs") relating to real estate described as 220 S Vine Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 (the "Property"). A copy of the Notice for Application of Tax Deed is attached hereto as Exhibit A. 3. On July 20, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.., I'. went to the Property to serve Exhibit A on the Cans. Upon arrival, I noticed that the Property was a vacant lot with nothing on it other than overgrown grass and shrubs. While at the Property, I posted a copy of Exhibit A to a piece of plywood where it could be observed by anyone walking by. A copy of the photograph I took is attached hereto as Exhibit B. 4. On July 20, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., Lwent to 520 S Adams Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 to serve the Notice on the Cans. When I arrived at 520 S Adams Street, I was informed by Guadalupe Ochoa that the house at this address was vacant and that he was the owner of the house. 5. On or about July 21, 2023, I was informed by Choirboy Enterprises' attorney, Nicholas Ridgeway, that David M. Carr was deceased and that Jacquline L. Carr had changed her last name to Goos and resided in Hastings, Nebraska. Ifr 6. On July 23, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., I went to 8 Avalon Lane, Hastings, Nebraska 68901 and I served Jacqueline M. Goos (formerly Jacqueline M. Can) , e Exhibit A. I confirmed with Jacquleine that her prior name was Jacqueline M. Stanley Lahm Subscribed in my presence and sworn to me this 1 day of Wort 2025 by Stanley Lahm. 1
