Plaiming Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, <br /> <br /> certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor,. and to contain a dedication of <br /> <br /> the easements to the use and benefits of public utilities. In considmatiox of the acceptance of <br /> <br /> the plat of said SAUNDERS SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the <br /> <br /> City of Grand Island, Nebraska, :hat it will install or provide at their expense the fonowing: <br /> <br /> L Paving. The Subdivides waive the right to object to the creation of any <br /> paving or repaving district for Cannon Road where it abuts the subdivision. <br /> <br /> 2. Rater. Public water supply is arable and shall be provided to connect <br /> <br /> all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the <br /> <br /> Department of Public Works and subject to the City's inspection. <br /> <br /> 3. Sanitary Sewer. Sanitary sewer is not available; therefore, individual <br /> <br /> systems shall be permissible on an initial basis; however, the Subdividers Waive the right to <br /> <br /> protest the creation of a sanitary sewer district within or abutting the subdivision. All easements <br /> <br /> shall be kept free of obstructions and the Subdividers shall indemnify the City for any removal <br /> <br /> or repair costs caused by any obstructions. All lots must be connected to a sewer district within <br /> <br /> two years of district construction completion. <br /> <br /> 4. Drainage. The Subdividers agme to grade the subdivision in conjunction <br /> <br /> with the new structures thereon so that the storm water drains to the public right-of-way or to <br /> <br /> other drainage systems so approved by the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br /> 5. SidewaXks. Immediate construction of sidewalks shall be waived; however, <br /> <br /> the sidewalks shall be constructed within six months after the property owners are directed to <br /> <br /> do so by the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br /> 2 <br />
