WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under <br />the Deed of Trust dated January 11, 1994, May 15, 1995, April 10, 1997, and April 28, 2000, <br />executed by Chester C. Castor and Donna J. Castor; Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five <br />Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the <br />office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall County Nebraska, recorded as document #94- <br />100579 on January 20, 1994 and re- recorded as document #94- 106946 on August 19, 1994, and <br />document #95- 103310 on May 22, 1995, and document #97- 102865 on April 18, 1997, and as <br />document #0200003535 on the 2nd day of May, 2000, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points <br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust <br />above mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Four (4); Block Nine (9), Lambert's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 21 st day of November, 2001. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />By: eJody L.
