<br />husband and wife, in Deed Book 171 on Page 231 described as: A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of
<br />the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 10 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence
<br />North on the East side of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 275.0 feet; thence West parallel to the section
<br />on the South side of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of 316.9 feet; thence South a distance of 275.0 feet
<br />to a point on section line; thence East on section line a distance of 316.9 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, to have and to hold the above
<br />described premises unto grantee, its heirs, successors, and assigns forever.
